Hello I'm
Dr Emma Kate

When it comes to mental health care, I always take a holistic approach—one that looks at every aspect of your life, not just the symptoms.

My practice is grounded in professional expertise and balanced by my own experience of the health system from an authentic perspective. This maturity allows me to understand your journey on a deeper level, knowing that healing isn’t just about medical treatment but about real-life understanding.

If you’re ready to explore how an holistic and compassionate approach can help, I’m here for you. Speak to your GP about getting a referral, and we can take the next steps together.

Playful and Fitness

The Late Carl Jung (psychiatrist) talked of motherly love giving us our first identity in the world.

He also believed we are ALL fragmented and divided and searching for our souls. This means we are all mostly unconscious (on autopilot).

He called the process of self-realisation ‘individuation’, where we discover meaning and purpose in life and ‘become who you really are’.

Jung’s way to individuation was through dream work and active imagination.
