How to access care
There are a few ways to access care:
1:1 Sessions: Whether you're seeking an assessment, diagnosis, or ongoing treatment, I provide personalised care for ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and more. Together, we can create a plan that works for you.
Online Courses: If you’re curious about ADHD or want to learn more, my introductory course is available on the In My Mind Psychology site—designed to help you better understand and navigate whether you need to get an assessment.
Courses via Private Health Insurance: You can access specialised courses, like DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) and trauma recovery, through private health insurance. Start with a 1:1 session, and I’ll refer you to the course that fits your needs.
Blog: For more insights and resources, head to my website where I regularly share blogs on mental health topics.
Books:If you’re ready to dive deeper, simply click on Mum’s The Word to explore my parenting book. It’s filled with practical advice and insights to help you on your parenting journey.
I’m also excited to share that my second book is coming out soon! It will be packed with even more tools and strategies to support you in parenting with confidence and care.
If you’re ready to take the next step, talk to your GP about a referral.
